Halloween Happenings

October was a fun month, filled with lots of Halloween fun, like carving pumpkins with the kids and the cousins.

Jeff Gordon was making visits all month long

And he always came along with this adorable frog who loved to jump "Super High"

The parents did the dangerous carving work

Someone celebrated a birthday, but you might think it was Max based on this gift.  The kids went to the Dollar Store and picked out any gift they wanted for dad.  Max chose this tractor to paint with daddy and Audrey chose a plastic baseball with her picture in it that plays "Take me out to the Ballgame"

This was our kids first experience with leaves in our own yard and they have loved it, helping me pick up leaves all 4 times we've had to do it so far this season.  They like to rake up a big pile and then jump in, who wouldn't love to do that???

No fall in Michigan would be complete without a visit to the Cider Mill.  The kids loved climbing onto the tractors!

Future Farmer?

I even made it back to the Big House this fall.  Felt so good to be back at a fall football game in the crisp, cool weather.  Didn't hurt that I brought home 2 victories this year!!

Audrey was a HUGE fan of the candy this year.  This is happy Audrey, followed by temper tantrum Audrey when she was told "no more suckers!"

Jeff Gordon was very proud to show off his costume at school!

And I have to wish my beautiful niece Haley a very Happy 6th Birthday!  So happy I was able to spend the day with her, I'm the luckiest aunt around!
