Happy Birthday Matt!

We traveled over to St. Pete's to celebrate Matt's birthday - here's the view from our room, right off the gulf. Max loved playing in the sand - or as he calls it..."dirt". I was able to read a magazine and Matt was able to build sandcastles and play trucks, sometimes Max joined him.

Max really enjoyed his nuggets and fries. But his favorite part of the dinner was tasting Matt's key lime pie. He kept asking for "more cake" as if he hadn't eaten in days. We had to hide the pie from him and tell him it was gone to keep him from eating the whole piece!

These girls took Max by the hand to dance and spin with them. These are both activities that Max loves at home, but you can see he wasn't too happy with being taken away from mommy and daddy from the picture below.
